Product Return Policy
Only products that have been purchased directly from Dynamic Optronic Technology (DOT), either online or at a retail store, can be returned directly to DOT. DOT products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return policy.
Customers have thirty (30) days after the product purchase date to request a refund or store credit. To return a product, it must be new, unused and in its original packaging (unless the return is pursuant to our warranty policy, which may be found here: [Insert web address]).
All packaged products falling outside the 30-day return period will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned within three (3) months of the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted after this 3-month period.
Please contact cs@dotronics.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) when returning a product.
DOT will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of DOT’s error (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), but an RMA number is still required. Otherwise, all shipping costs for returned products are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Any other full or partial shipping refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances of the customer’s order.
In most cases, you will receive your refund within thirty (30) days of giving your package to the return shipper.
